Analyzes complex needs, documents requirements, supports project rollouts, and provides advanced training/support to help users maximize functional business tools.IN PERSON ONLY INTERVIEW - MUST BE A GEORGIA RESIDENT - NO OUT OF STATE APPLICANTSCore ResponsibilitiesRequirement Elicitation & Analysis: Lead workshops, interviews, and focus groups with cross-functional stakeholders to extract, analyze, and prioritize complex business requirements.Documentation & Design: Translate high-level business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, use cases, workflow diagrams, and data models. Participate heavily in system design sessions to ensure technical solutions align with business goals.Project Planning & Implementation: Partner with Project Managers and Technical Leads to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Coordinate and participate in the deployment, data migration, and rollout of new or enhanced applications.Testing & Quality Assurance: Define User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategies, write comprehensive test scenarios, and coordinate with business users to ensure deliverables meet validation criteria and quality standards.User Support & Enablement: Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for core functional business tools.
