Job OpportunityAnalyzes customer business needs and participates in the planning, design, and implementation of new or enhanced systems. Establishes standards and procedures to be used in the development of systems. Understand how technology can be used to create this optimum solution for the client, and supports the best framework for the solution, down to the level of designing screens, reports, programs, and other components. Determine the data needs and participate in the solution design and development by actively validating data solutions.
Responsibilities include collecting and analyzing data for potential business expansion, identifying specific business opportunities, influencing stakeholders to support business projects, testing business processes and recommending improvements, demonstrating flexibility within a variety of changing situations while working with various individuals and groups, able to breakdown raw information and undefined problems into specific, workable components that in-turn clearly identifies the issues at hand, gathering and analyzing information or data on current and future trends of best practice, voluntarily taking the first steps to identify and address existing and potential obstacles, issues, and opportunities, anticipating, identifying, and defining problems, seeking root causes, developing and implementing practical and timely solutions, demonstrating attention to detail and accuracy, defining and organizing tasks, responsibilities, and priorities, taking responsibility for timely completion.Required qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or MIS preferred, an adequate knowledge and understanding of existing IT technologies and how they are utilized within business units in support of business processes, experience in an enterprise data environment, knowledge of ERP systems and integration points with in-house and third-party systems, ensuring the quality, completeness, security, privacy, and integrity of data throughout the data lifecycle, working with clients, business analysts, project managers, technical staff, and team members to plan, design, develop, implement, and enhance applications, scripts, procedures, and metadata for relational databases, general knowledge of data storage and data analysis solutions, general knowledge of information technologies (those currently used within the system and new technologies), general knowledge of IT infrastructure components.Tool/Skills required include Excel – high level, Pivot Tables, Outlook – medium level, Word – medium level, self-driven, good time management, support/service attitude.
