Salary

$175,000-$239,000/year + 35% long-term incentive

Job Summary

We are seeking an **IT Audit Director** with strong hands-on experience in **IT Audit, Cybersecurity, AI, and Cloud** to lead complex technology audits within a large, complex organization.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in **IT Audit, IT Risk, or Information Security**
• Strong hands-on experience with **Cybersecurity, AI, or Cloud Infrastructure/AWS**
• Experience leading complex IT audits from planning through reporting
• Experience with **data analytics and Python**
• Experience with **Power BI, Tableau, Plotly, or Seaborn**
• Experience auditing **AI solutions and AI-related risks**
• Knowledge of **agentic AI architectures and risks**
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Experience coaching and mentoring audit staff
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; **CISA, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or CEH** preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute complex IT audits across Cyber, AI, Cloud, and Resiliency
• Perform technical testing and risk assessments
• Develop audit strategies and present findings to management
• Use data analytics, automation, and AI to enhance audit testing
• Coach and mentor IT audit team members
