IT Assets & Facilities TechnicianWe are seeking an IT Assets & Facilities Technician.
The role involves maintaining the corporate and remote Data Centers. The position requires an individual who can follow instructions and standard operating procedures to support data center operations.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor request queues for tasks, including cable movement and equipment installation.Escort third-party support staff within the facility.Create support tickets for third-party colocation partners to perform tasks.Coordinate with low voltage cablers for work in the corporate office.Maintain and document new standard operating procedures (SOPs).Ship and receive assets in the depot.Required QualificationsEducation: No degree is required for this position.Experience: Candidates should be able to follow instructions and SOPs effectively.Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools is necessary.Preferred QualificationsExperience with the Jira Incident ticket system is considered a plus.Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
