Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the IT Asset Management Administrator will manage the daily administration and operational execution of the IT asset management program, ensuring accurate tracking and compliance of hardware assets throughout their lifecycle to support clinical operations and regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities Execute lifecycle management of IT assets, including procurement, deployment tracking, transfers, and retirement activities Maintain accurate asset records within ITAM systems, ensuring data integrity and supporting audits and compliance checks Coordinate with technical teams to reconcile asset inventories and generate operational reports on asset status and compliance Required qualifications Associate or Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience 2-4 years of experience in IT asset management or related IT operations role in a mid-to-large enterprise Working knowledge of ITAM tools such as ServiceNow, SCCM, or similar platforms Understanding of IT hardware lifecycle and inventory control practices Basic understanding of compliance and financial tracking requirements related to IT assets
