Detail-oriented and proactive, the full-time IT Asset & Endpoint Analyst will manage the lifecycle of endpoint devices, focusing on computer imaging, profile configuration, and hardware logistics while ensuring endpoint health through maintenance and security measures in Fort Lauderdale. Key responsibilities Execute desktop computer imaging, user profile setup, and Active Directory account management Partner with the facilities team to package, ship, and track computer systems for new hires and remote employees Perform regular software updates, patch management, and vulnerability remediation to ensure compliance and security Required qualifications Proficiency with Microsoft Windows 11 Desktop administration Hands-on experience with endpoint management tools, specifically PDQ SmartDeploy and PDQ Connect Rudimentary hardware knowledge Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and VPN connectivity Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (required for shipping/receiving duties)
