The ideal candidate works well with a team and has the desire and aptitude to learn new software, cloud applications and information technology concepts. This role is part of a broader team implementing and maintaining SAP ERP related solutions.As a functional consultant you will work closely with customer end users and developers to translate current processes into requirements for configuration and development of new functionality. Work with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements for new software applications. Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance. Serve as a functional specialist in business and technical functions to help configure SAP S4/HANA system to meet user needs.
Serve as a liaison between technical team and the stakeholders Designing and developing new functions or improving existing ones Gather and analyze requirements to design or enhance new processes to improve user experience Interface with senior leadership for guidance on information strategy, vision, and priorities Create documentation such as requirements specifications, test scripts, user guides, and help files. Perform quality assurance testing of new software releases to ensure that they meet stated requirements.
