Integration Solutions ArchitectTampa Electric is looking for an Integration Solutions Architect to lead the creation of a technology architecture framework and provide technical leadership in support of the organization's initiatives in on-prem & cloud computing. The Architect will work with development teams and other stakeholders and provide architecture leadership and best practices as well as drive and enable the migration and refactoring of on-premises applications to cloud native design and deployment methodologies.Primary duties and responsibilities include integration architecture, design, and development, consultation, mentoring, and thought leadership. The Architect will demonstrate deep subject matter leadership of cloud architecture and implementation features, manage the development and implementation of integration strategy, define integration standards, and enforce integration architecture best practices.
The Architect will also be responsible for implementation and delivery utilizing the standards in the organization's Enterprise Integration strategy along with the introduction of new emerging technologies and public cloud services, API services, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) strategies.The Architect will work with development teams and other stakeholders and provide architecture leadership and best practices as well as drive and enable the migration and refactoring of on-premises applications to cloud native design and deployment methodologies.Supervision and relationships are also outlined in the job post. The Architect will have direct supervision for any assigned resources and may also supervise contract resources. The Architect will have relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.Qualifications for the position include a Bachelor's degree in Information/Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, or equivalent discipline.
At least one professional certification in specific job-related disciplines is preferred in addition to the requirements above. Minimum of 7 years of direct work experience performing the duties and responsibilities of this position or performing duties closely related to the duties and responsibilities of this position.
