Owning the delivery of application features and enhancements, the full-time remote IT Application Developer II will design, develop, test, and maintain software applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior developers. Key responsibilities Design, develop, and deliver application features, enhancements, and defect fixes within the Duck Creek platform Write clean, maintainable code and perform root cause analysis to resolve system issues and performance challenges Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure successful application delivery and support continuous improvement of development practices Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience) 4+ years of application development experience in software engineering roles 2+ years of hands-on experience with Duck Creek Policy and/or Billing platforms Experience working in Agile teams and contributing to end-to-end feature delivery Strong hands-on experience in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise applications
