Leading a small team of IT specialists and security analysts, the full-time remote Engineering Manager, IT & Security will manage internal IT, security, and compliance processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the organization's security posture and streamline operations. Key responsibilities Manage and support a team of IT and Security professionals to improve processes and career development Guide the team through compliance audit requirements and handle security incident management Develop and implement essential security projects while defining best practices for security Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 4+ years of experience in Security and IT, including at least 1 year in a management role Prior experience in building technical security guidelines and processes across teams Strong knowledge of security best practices, standards, and frameworks Experience managing audits and certifications, such as ISO 27001:2022 and SOC2, is preferred
