IT and POS Deployment EngineerWe are a franchise group of nine fine dining steak houses. We have locations in North Carolina, Maryland and New Jersey. We are looking for team members that will deliver plus one service to our guests!Toast POS systems experience required.The IT/POS Deployment Engineer position works in close relationship with the President and the Controller.

The position requires excellent skills in implementing, troubleshooting and managing computer hardware and operating systems.A multi-unit fine dining franchise restaurant group is looking for a candidate with the following expertise:User/installer of POS systems specifically ToastInstalls Hardware and troubleshooting that HardwareManages Cloud based software systemsManages 3rd party interfacesManages company IT systems and networkingImplements and monitors Network securityProvide critical thinking and data analysis to communicate and solve IT related problemsIntegrating and optimizing new and existing technologiesInteracting with management teams to provide immediate technical assistance whenever neededThe primary goal is for this individual to be fully engaged in managing our POS system.
