Optomi, in partnership with a leading healthcare company, is seeking an IT Analyst – Infrastructure Deployments for a 12+ month contract opportunity. This role will support the planning, coordination, and execution of IT infrastructure rollouts across the organization, focusing on deploying hardware, software, and networking components to support business growth via acquisitions and new clinic builds. This is a remote-based position requiring 25-35% travel (approximately one week per month, 2-3 days per site), with a strong preference for candidates based in the Northeastern United States. Nights and weekend work should be expected during critical deployment windows to coordinate with vendors. Key Responsibilities: Execute IT project playbooks for new clinics and acquisitions to support successful, on-time openings Collaborate with and provide oversight of third-party vendors delivering IT systems and services for new clinic buildouts, including low-voltage cabling and network equipment installation Lead onsite and/or remote (Microsoft Teams) coordination meetings to align internal teammates and external vendors around established standards, checklists, and checkout policies Ensure network and desktop infrastructure adheres to company standards; identify non-standard requirements and partner with technical SMEs on solutions Support new teammate onboarding, including account verification, device deployment, first-time login, password resets, and MFA setup/training Provide onsite support for adoption of Microsoft O365 tools (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) and mobile tools (Authenticator, Intune) Deliver hypercare support for 60-90 days post-integration, including same-call Tier 1/Tier 2 issue resolution via remote access to end-user devices Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience/certifications 5+ years of experience in infrastructure support, systems administration, or deployment roles within a multi-site environment Hands-on experience with network protocols including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, and firewalls Experience with Azure and the Microsoft O365 suite (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Authenticator) Experience with Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools, specifically Kaseya and ConnectWise Ability to troubleshoot and support end-user devices such as laptops, desktops, scanners, printers, and VoIP phones Preferred: experience with Cato Firewall, Sophos Wi-Fi, Peplink/cellular backup routers, RingCentral, CompTIA A+ and/or MCSE certifications, and prior experience in a healthcare/clinical multi-site setting #J-18808-Ljbffr
