You won't just respond to tickets; you'll actively build the internal systems that power the modern workplace.About YouManaging, configuring, and optimizing core systems like Azure AD, Okta, Intune, JAMF, O365, and othersSupporting a wide range of cloud workloads, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and JiraWriting and maintaining automation scripts (PowerShell, Python) to improve operational efficiencyCollaborating across engineering and business teams to deploy and refine internal toolsTroubleshooting and resolving issues across both Windows and macOS environmentsSupporting collaboration platforms including Teams, Slack, Zoom, and productivity suitesImproving documentation, internal process clarity, and user help resourcesParticipating in after-hours support as neededThe rest of the role is yours to shape.
