Job Summary:
HQ Aero is currently recruiting for an IT ACCOUNT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN in TUCSON AZ.

Responsibilities:
IT Account Support Technician will be required to perform the following tasks:
• Gather data to assess the needs of the customer.
• Perform password management administration.
• Resolve incorrect settings.
• Assist users in setting up new accounts.
• Train users to use basic systems like MFA and SSO.

Qualifications, Experience & Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience
• Experience with operating systems (e.g, Windows) and their configurations.
• Knowledge of computer networks, including LAN, WAN, VPN, and TCP/IP.
• Knowledge of Active Directory.
• Knowledge of Microsoft365 Administration.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
• Communication and customer service (ability to walk coworkers through solutions to their issues, email etiquette).
• Basic mechanical skills (e.g. skills with tools as screw drivers, etc.)

Job Type:
• TEMP: 30 days
• Start date: Monday, September 14, 2026
• Schedule: Monday thru Thursday 12pm to 10pm
• Salary Wage: DOE

Certifications (not mandatory but useful and considered an important asset):
• CompTIA A+ Technician
• CompTIA Network+
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
• Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (M CSE)
• Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)

Essential Job Functions:
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
• Criminal Background Check & Compliant to FAA Drug and Alcohol screening checks are mandatory
• Physical Demands: The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Position requires frequent walking, standing and/or climbing.
