This role is essential to keeping our irrigation operations running smoothly, ensuring our technicians are scheduled efficiently, and providing excellent communication across teams and with clients. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy problem-solving, and love being the hub that keeps everything moving, we'd love to meet you.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and dispatch irrigation technicians to daily service calls and scheduled routesManage and optimize schedules, routes, and workload distributionCommunicate clearly and professionally with clients, field staff, and managementTrack work orders, service requests, and project updates using PC-based systemsSupport irrigation department operations with administrative and logistical tasksMaintain accurate records of completed work, scheduling changes, and customer updatesAssist with customer inquiries and ensure timely follow-throughCollaborate closely with irrigation managers and field teams to ensure efficient workflowRequired QualificationsDispatch experience in a service-based or field-operations environmentScheduling and/or route management experienceStrong PC skills, including comfort with scheduling software, spreadsheets, and communication toolsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work well with others and maintain a positive, team-oriented attitudeStrong organizational skills and attention to detailPreferred QualificationsIrrigation knowledge or experience in landscaping/green industryBilingual (English/Spanish) communication skillsPhysical RequirementsAbility to sit for extended periods while working at a computerOccasional lifting of office supplies or materials up to 20 lbsAbility to communicate clearly in person, over the phone, and via emailAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptionsAdditional InformationThis position is open to full-time or part-time candidatesCeres Landcare participates in E-Verify to confirm employment eligibilityEqual Opportunity EmployerCeres Landcare is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
