Kohler is seeking an Iron Foundry Operator to support metal casting operations in our manufacturing facility. In this hands-on role, you will prepare molds and cores, operate and monitor melting and pouring equipment, and handle molten metal safely to produce high-quality castings. You’ll perform routine measurements and visual inspections, adjust process parameters, and maintain accurate production records.
This position requires strict adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards, collaboration with maintenance and quality teams, and willingness to work in a hot, heavy industrial environment with rotating or off-shift schedules.
