As an Investment Specialist on the Global Families Group - United Kingdom, Canada & Caribbean (GFG UKC&C) team in the International Private Bank, you will provide support to investors in all facets of their daily business routine with the ultimate goal of helping bankers win new clients in addition to deepening and strengthening existing client relationships.Job ResponsibilitiesSupport investment reviews with clients to validate the clients' current investment objectivesPrepare recommendations of appropriate investment productsAssist with the development of investment policy statements and advice on asset allocationBuild excellent working relationships with internal clientsSupport coordination of sales effort with investorsAdhere to internal and external policies and procedures regarding securities transactions and code of conductRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsBachelor's degree requiredSeries 7, 66 and insurance licenses required for position; unlicensed candidates considered, but required to obtain licenses within 90 days of start dateCapital markets or institutional brokerage experienceAbility to multi-task and manage priorities effectivelyExcellent communication skillsStrong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skillsPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsCoachable professional with good "business sense" and an energetic/dynamic personalityAbility to work both independently and as a team playerAbility to adapt to a rapidly changing business and technology environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Internet/Intranet with the ability to learn proprietary software and databases
