Overview

• The Intellectual Property practice helps clients in all aspects of IP rights acquisition, protection, enforcement, and exploitation.


• The practice acts for multinational brand owners across industries including household and pharmaceutical products, fashion and luxury goods, transportation, sports, consumer products, foods, electronic goods, media, entertainment, and technology.


• The role supports complex intellectual property disputes, including patent, trademark, copyright, false advertising, unfair competition, and trade secret matters, as well as related licensing and commercial disputes.


• The associate will also assist with patent application drafting and transactional patent matters, and support patent prosecution and patent transactions practices.


• An engineering background is essential.
