IP Litigation Senior Associate

Our Intellectual Property Litigation practice is seeking associates with three to five years of post‑JD experience. The positions can be located in Boston, Denver, New York, Palo Alto, San Francisco, Los Angeles or Washington, DC.

Qualified candidates will have experience in the following areas:

• Taking/defending depositions and motion practice.
• Conducting written discovery, expert discovery, drafting pleadings and motions.
• Inter partes review and/or ITC proceedings—plus.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor.
• Attorney must be licensed to practice law and a member in good standing in the state/jurisdiction in which the position is based.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Computer Engineering preferred. Equivalent industry experience in these disciplines a plus.
• Successful candidates will have excellent writing skills, strong analytical skills, and a willingness to positively contribute to a collaborative work environment.
