Summary: We are seeking a qualified Intellectual Property Litigation Attorney to join a leading organization in the space. The ideal Intellectual Property Litigation Attorney will have a wide range of knowledge on intellectual property matters including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.
Intellectual Property Litigation Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in intellectual property litigation, including patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secrets disputes.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and other litigation-related documents.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on complex IP issues.
Intellectual Property Litigation Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from accredited law school.
- Actively barred in the state of residency.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience.
