Responsibilities

• Support complex IP litigation matters involving trademark, copyright, and trade secrets
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
• Conduct legal research and case analysis
• Assist with trial preparation and appellate matters
• Collaborate with partners and litigation teams on case strategy
• Manage multiple assignments in a fast‑paced environment

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of IP litigation experience (trademark, copyright, or trade secrets)
• Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills
• Strong oral communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to manage multiple matters efficiently
• Superior academic credentials required
• Admission to the New York Bar required

$260,000–$390,000 annually (based on experience and market factors), along with bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.
