Compensation: $260,000 – $310,000 DOE + Bonus

Ideal Candidates Will Have

• 3–4 years of patent litigation experience at a major law firm or IP boutique
• A technical background (engineering, computer science, or life sciences) is preferred, but not required with strong litigation experience
• Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills
• A strong academic record from a nationally recognized law school
• Admission to the New York or D.C. Bar
