The team advises clients on a broad range of intellectual property matters, including counselling, enforcement, litigation, appeals, and transactional work. This is an opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of well-known brands and content owners on complex and high-profile intellectual property matters.
Responsibilities:
- Litigation Support: Assist with trademark, copyright, and IP disputes.
- Legal Research: Conduct research and prepare legal documents, briefs, and filings.
- Case Management: Support discovery, strategy, and trial preparation.
- Client Advice: Provide guidance on IP protection and enforcement matters.
- Collaboration: Work with colleagues to deliver high-quality legal services.
- Client Relationships: Support strong client service and relationship management.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 3–5 years’ litigation experience, ideally with intellectual property exposure.
- Education: Strong academic background from a recognised law school.
- Litigation Skills: Experience with legal research, drafting, discovery, and complex disputes.
- IP Knowledge: Interest or experience in trademark and/or copyright law preferred.
- Communication: Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively within a legal team.
- Additional Experience: Tribunal experience or judicial clerkship is advantageous.
- Qualifications: Admitted and in good standing with the relevant bar.
