Job Summary

We are seeking attorneys in law school class years 2020 – 2023 to join our IP Litigation team. Qualified applicants will have top law school credentials and IP/patent litigation experience. Undergraduate degrees in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, or similar degrees are highly preferred, as is CAFC clerkship experience. Experience with PTAB disputes also a plus.

The annual compensation range for this position is between $260,000 and $390,000. The salary offered within this range will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations.
