IP Litigation Associate AttorneyDirect Counsel represents an Am Law 50 firm. Direct Counsel is seeking an IP Litigation Associate (2–6 years of experience) to join a nationally recognized Intellectual Property Practice Group. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile patent litigation matters for leading technology companies, semiconductor manufacturers, and innovative startups.Key Responsibilities:Handle complex patent litigation matters, including district court cases, ITC proceedings, and PTAB/IPR mattersDraft pleadings, motions, and legal briefs; support case strategy and litigation executionParticipate in discovery, depositions, and licensing-related disputesCollaborate with partners and clients on sophisticated intellectual property disputesWork with cutting-edge technologies, including software, semiconductors, and wireless systemsQualifications:2–6 years of IP litigation experience, including patent litigation and/or PTAB proceedingsTechnical background preferred (electrical engineering, computer science, physics, or related field)Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skillsAbility to manage complex matters in a collaborative, fast-paced environmentActive bar admission in the applicable jurisdictionCompensation & Benefits:Salary range: $235,000 – $390,000, depending on experienceComprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance401(k) plan, paid time off, and bonus eligibilityHybrid work schedule and strong mentorship opportunitiesThis is an excellent opportunity to join a top-tier IP litigation team handling cutting-edge technology disputes with meaningful responsibility and long-term career growth.
