IP Litigation Associate #22216 New York

REQUIREMENTS

Seeking an intellectual property litigation associate with experience in patent litigation. All technical disciplines will be considered, but a technical degree (e.g., chemistry, biology, engineering or pharmaceutics) or significant experience handling substantive patent issues with the ability to learn underlying pharmaceutical and/or biologic related subject matter is strongly preferred. Candidates must be admitted to a State Bar (New York preferred). Additionally, candidates must have superior written and oral communication skills, should be comfortable working in a team atmosphere, and have excellent academic credentials.
