IP Life Science Transactions Associate - Boston
Our client is a major Am law 100 firm, seeking junior to mid-level Life Science Transactions Associates for its growing life sciences practice in Boston, New York, San Francisco, and Washington, DC offices. The salary range for this position is between $225k to $310k.
Qualifications
- 1-4 years of experience in IP and life sciences transactions, including drafting and negotiating a wide range of agreements and structuring deals to develop, protect and commercialize clients' cutting‑edge pharmaceuticals, biologics, medical devices, diagnostics and digital health products.
- Excellent writing and analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills; team focused.
- State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice or ability to become admitted.
- All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
