IP Counsel: Patent Strategy & FTO Leadership

Werfen is seeking an IP Counsel to provide high-quality IP services across the organization. The role reports to the Chief IP Counsel and focuses on building patent portfolios, FTO analysis, and managing outside counsel.

The candidate will collaborate with marketing and R&D, perform due diligence, and support IP-related agreements. A JD with USPTO admission and 5+ years of experience are required.
