Job Description & Skill Requirement
- 8+ years experience in engineering Instrument Panel / Console Systems through all development phases
- Experience with Catia software system and pulling in and cutting sections in data
- Understanding of Instrument Panel / Console system requirements
- Experience in DV/PV testing phase for instrument panel / console
- Fast resolution of open issues for instrument panel / console
- Knowledge of the VW systems
- Strong understanding of the quality process from DFMEA, PFMEA and Control plans
- Proficient ability to read, speak, and understand English
- Take direction from Engineering teams to modify components for engineering/design/safety requirements
