LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a prominent law firm in Washington DC , is seeking an experienced IP Billing Analyst to join their team.
This position is hybrid - 3 days in office.
Responsibilities:
• Finalizing and tracking invoices
• Managing the e-billing setup and process
• Providing billing support to the legal team with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
• Processing proformas
• Running reports
• Communicating status updates
• Handling billing for U.S. and foreign patent and trademark prosecution matters
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in accounting, business, or a related field
• 7+ years of legal billing experience including 5 years of IP billing
• Experience with Elite Enterprise or 3E
• Excellent communication and financial analysis skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
The anticipated salary range for this position is $93,000 - $128,000 per year depending on experience. Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, profit-sharing, generous PTO, and other benefits.
