IP Billing Analyst
LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a prominent law firm in Washington DC, is seeking an experienced IP Billing Analyst to join their team. This position is hybrid – 3 days in office.
Responsibilities:
- Finalizing and tracking invoices
- Managing the e-billing setup and process
- Providing billing support to the legal team with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
- Processing proformas
- Running reports
- Communicating status updates
- Handling billing for U.S. and foreign patent and trademark prosecution matters
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in accounting, business, or a related field
- 7+ years of legal billing experience including 5 years of IP billing
- Experience with Elite Enterprise or 3E
- Excellent communication and financial analysis skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
The anticipated salary range for this position is $93,000 - $128,000 per year depending on experience. Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, profit-sharing, generous PTO, and other benefits.
