Senior Intellectual Property AttorneyDirect Counsel has partnered with a Global law firm who is seeking an experienced Senior Intellectual Property Attorney to join their established and growing firm. This role is designed for a seasoned IP professional who brings a strong client following and thrives in a collaborative, business-minded environment. You'll have the opportunity to shape strategy, build client relationships, and work on sophisticated matters, without the pressure of a billable-hour quota.Key Responsibilities:Advise clients on a full range of intellectual property issues, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.Manage and expand domestic and international IP portfolios across diverse industries.Draft, review, and negotiate IP-related contracts such as licensing, assignment, confidentiality, and joint venture agreements.Provide IP due diligence in support of M&A and other corporate transactions.Develop and execute IP protection, enforcement, and risk mitigation strategies.Collaborate across practice areas to deliver integrated client solutions.Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to the firm's knowledge-sharing culture.Qualifications:J.D.
