A leading specialist intellectual property law firm is seeking an IP Litigation Associate to join its highly regarded litigation practice. The successful candidate will work on a broad range of trademark, copyright and design disputes, advising an international client base on contentious, appellate, enforcement and strategic IP matters. This hybrid opportunity offers exposure to sophisticated, high-profile work within a collaborative and market-leading team.

Applicants should have between two and five years of litigation experience gained at a respected law firm, with strong skills in legal research, brief writing and discovery. A genuine interest in trademark and copyright law is essential, with previous experience in trademark or copyright litigation preferred. Experience before the TTAB and a federal judicial clerkship would be advantageous, along with excellent analytical, communication and advocacy skills.

Candidates must be admitted and in good standing with the New York Bar and possess outstanding academic credentials from a top-tier law school. A strong writing background and a demonstrated interest in intellectual property law are also highly desirable.
