This position offers the opportunity to work on high-impact patent and trade secret disputes for some of the world's most innovative companies. The team is known for its success in high-stakes litigation in federal courts across the country, before the International Trade Commission (ITC), and in inter partes review (IPR) proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB).Candidate ProfileJD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic recordActive Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing2–4 years of substantive experience in intellectual property litigation, including patent and/or trade secret disputesTrial experience, IPR proceedings, and ITC litigation experience are highly valuedBachelor's or higher degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent is preferred.Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skillsAbility to manage matters independently and effectivelyEntrepreneurial mindset, strong work ethic, and collaborative team orientationKey ResponsibilitiesRepresent clients in a wide range of complex intellectual property disputes, including patent and trade secret litigationDevelop and execute litigation strategies in federal courts, ITC, and administrative proceedingsDraft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other substantive legal documentsCoordinate discovery, including e-discovery processes, with clients, co-counsel, and vendorsConduct depositions, support trial teams, and participate in hearings and trialsCollaborate closely with partners and senior associates to deliver exceptional client serviceEngage with clients in strategic planning and risk assessment related to IP enforcement and defenseWhy Join Us?This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a leading IP practice with a consistent record of success across industries.
