Providing oversight and expertise in claims handling, the full-time remote Iowa Licensed Workers' Compensation Supervisor will manage litigated and complex claims, assist in staff development, and ensure compliance with best practices in claims management. Key responsibilities Adjudicate claims and negotiate settlements while monitoring and documenting claim files Lead and coach team members on workflow, performance reviews, and career development Facilitate team meetings and coordinate training to maintain standardized processes for quality service Required qualifications High school diploma required; college degree preferred with technical designations such as AIC and CPCU encouraged 5+ years of experience in adjusting property and casualty claims, including litigated claims Active state-specific Workers Compensation License required or ability to acquire within three months of hire Extensive knowledge of General and Auto Liability or Workers Compensation coverages Strong grasp of claims principles, practices, and insurance coverage interpretation
