To support efficient healthcare delivery, the remote Iowa Licensed Utilization Management RN will assess member needs, determine the appropriateness of services, and provide solutions for complex issues while working full-time from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Central Time. Key responsibilities: Determine the appropriateness of inpatient and outpatient services based on medical guidelines and benefit determinations Identify solutions to non-standard requests and complex problems, acting as a resource for others Translate healthcare concepts into practice, ensuring efficient service delivery and member support Required qualifications: Current unrestricted RN licensure in the state of residence 3+ years of Managed Care and/or Clinical experience 1+ years of fertility experience Proven computer proficiency, including strong data entry skills Willingness to work core hours of 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. CST
