To support a nationwide virtual practice focused on older adults, the part-time Iowa Licensed Remote Therapist will deliver evidence-based psychotherapy, design personalized treatment plans, and manage documentation efficiently while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient Participate in regular (paid) case consultations as part of a collaborative care team Required Qualifications Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent Licensed in Iowa Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy Experience working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations preferred Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
