Iowa Licensed Remote Therapist

To support a growing virtual mental health practice, the full-time Iowa Licensed Remote Therapist will provide outpatient therapy to clients with lower to moderate acuity mental health issues while enjoying flexible scheduling and minimal administrative responsibilities in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Deliver outpatient therapy sessions, including 60-minute intakes and follow-ups, to a consistent caseload Make independent treatment decisions while adhering to evidence-based clinical standards Collaborate with an in-house referral network and receive operational support for scheduling, billing, and intake coordination Required qualifications Independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent) with an active, unrestricted license Two or more independent and active state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA) Experience managing an outpatient caseload in a structured clinical setting Strong clinical judgment and comfort practicing in a fast-paced outpatient environment Preferred experience with structured, skills-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, MI, DBT-informed care)
