To provide individualized nursing care to residents, the part-time PRN Iowa Licensed Registered Nurse will utilize the nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams while working remotely. Key responsibilities Utilize the nursing process for assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of resident care Coordinate care and educate residents while collaborating with families and healthcare providers Serve as charge nurse, delegating tasks to assistive personnel and ensuring safe administration of care Required qualifications Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice or multistate licensure if applicable Minimum of 18 years of age Maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications
