Iowa Democratic Party: Voter File ManagerThe Iowa Democratic Party is seeking a Voter File Manager to assist the Data Director in managing access to the state party's voter file, a key function of the state party's data operations. We are looking for a passionate, hardworking leader committed to supporting our candidates and local organizers, helping to power Democrats to victory up and down the ballot.ResponsibilitiesManagement of the state party's VoteBuilderManagement of users and committees with access to the state party's Voter File, including setting up new campaigns, and answering support requestsEnforce compliance with the state party's data policiesRespond to user support requests and train users on using various data and campaign toolsCreate training materials and instructional manuals for tools used by the state partyProvide trainings for candidates, campaign staff, and others on how to effectively use the voter file in IowaSupport other members of the data team to complete projects as necessaryQualificationsStrong working knowledge of VoteBuilder (VAN)At least 1 cycle of campaign experience, volunteer or professionalAbility to explain technical concepts to non-technical users, especially VAN usage and data standardsExperience with SQL preferredThis position is full-time and lasts through November 2026. Applicants must have a reliable laptop, cell phone, and vehicle.
