Role Overview:
Lead and drive agile scrum teams as a senior iOS developer. Collaborate with internal teams and third-party partners to develop customer-facing mobile applications. Focus on hands-on development, with potential responsibilities in strategy, mentoring, and training. Work on the health and wellness dashboard development and accelerate profile linking to improve user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and participate in the design and implementation of large and/or architecturally significant applications.


• Champion company standards and best practices. Work to continuously improve software delivery processes and practices.


• Develop programming specifications. Design, code, and unit test application code using SDLC best practices.


• Work with product teams to plan new features, gather requirements, and propose solutions.


• Acquire and interpret business requirements, create functional specifications, and determine the most efficient technologies.


• Research and implement new interface development techniques.


• Support the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, test, release, and support).


• Work with new technologies showing drive, adaptability, and creative thinking.


• Establish development best practices and standards for mobile applications.


• Foster a culture of innovation and out-of-the-box thinking.


• Support and maintain applications using required tools and technologies.


• Assist team members with assignments, including mentoring or on-the-job training.

Required Qualifications:

• 8-10 years of experience handling tasks independently.


• Swift.


• SwiftUI.


• UIKit.


• Combine.


• XCTest.


• Experience with profile linking projects.


• Experience in digital front door space, particularly with dashboards of customer experience.
