Key Responsibilities: Oversee the full billing cycle for various revenue streams, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract terms Establish and improve standard operating procedures for invoicing, ensuring alignment with GAAP revenue recognition policies Drive automation and efficiency in the invoicing process through better use of ERP and billing tools Required Qualifications: 5+ years of invoicing experience in a managed service provider (MSP) environment Bachelor's degree in accounting Proficiency in accounting software, such as NetSuite, and MSP software like ConnectWise Experience in account reconciliation of all revenue and related accounts Managerial experience with the ability to lead a team of billing specialists
