Working remotely on a contract basis, the Invoicing Consultant will research and remediate invoicing discrepancies for the commercial business line while analyzing data to propose solutions and improve operational processes. Key responsibilities Investigate and resolve invoicing discrepancies using Salesforce and partner invoices Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate discrepancies and update records as necessary Analyze invoice discrepancy data to identify patterns and propose updates to standard operating procedures (SOPs) Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in the solar industry, particularly with technical troubleshooting 2+ years of invoicing experience Experience with Salesforce CRM Familiarity with invoicing processes in a large, regulated environment Background in commercial solar systems is a plus
