Kowboy Fence Company is growing fast across multiple locations — and we're looking for a Invoicing & Client Services Coordinator to be the steady, reliable presence that keeps our customer communication sharp and our invoicing on track.

This role sits at the intersection of customer service and operations. You'll be a go-to point of contact for customers, handle invoicing across active projects, and make sure our team always knows where things stand on outstanding payments. You'll collaborate closely with everyone in the office — from the Location Manager to the field team — so communication and teamwork are a must.

Serve as a primary point of contact for incoming customer calls — friendly, professional, and helpful every time * Send invoices at each payment milestone (1st, 2nd, and final) across active projects * Track outstanding invoices and follow up with customers on overdue balances * Report unpaid and overdue accounts to management * Maintain accurate, organized records of invoicing activity and customer communications * Assist with keeping the front office running smoothly day to day

Strong communication skills — you're comfortable on the phone and represent the company well * Organized and detail-oriented — you stay on top of multiple accounts without things falling through the cracks * Professional and personable — customers enjoy interacting with you * Comfortable with basic computer tools; experience with QuickBooks or HubSpot is a plus but not required * Prior experience in an office, customer service, or administrative role is helpful * Kowboy Fence Company is a family-owned fencing contractor with locations across Tennessee, Alabama, and Kentucky.
