Headquartered in Tampa and operating nationwide, Fay Servicing combines deep industry expertise with cutting-edge technology to reduce risk, improve portfolio performance, and ensure an exceptional experience for both borrowers and investors.Reporting to the AVP, Investor Reporting, this position is responsible for managing complex investor reporting tasks, including managing agency relationships with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and Ginnie Mae, as well as complex securities transactions. This role prepares and issues daily and monthly reports and processes the transfer of loans between clients or agencies. Additionally, this position reviews and resolves monthly custodial account reconciliations and conducts in-depth analysis of servicing transactional data to ensure compliance with investor and regulatory guidelines. This role serves as a subject matter expert in investor reporting, ensuring compliance, accuracy and efficiency in all deliverables, while driving process improvements and addressing escalated issues.Qualifications Include:Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (or equivalent combination of years of experience with High School diploma/ GED) required5+ years' experience in Investor Reporting or Investor Accounting with advanced knowledge of agency reporting requirements (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Ginnie Mae) and complex securitiesPrior experience in the mortgage servicing industry, including knowledge of servicing processing rules and guidelinesDemonstratable ability to analyze and respond to complex transactional data and reconciliationDirect experience or familiarity with test of expected cash custodial reconciliation preferredProficiency in servicing platforms (e.g., Black Knight MSP and LoanSphere) and billing/ remittance systemsSolid skills and experience in MS Word, Excel to compile and analyze data, PowerPoint and OutlookStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with individuals both internal and external to the organizationStrong interpersonal skillsStrong analytical skillsSolid decision-making abilities coupled with sound judgmentStrong time management skillsAbility to prioritize numerous tasks and manage shifting prioritiesClient focused with strong execution skills and results orientationHigh-level of precision with attention to detail and consistencyFlexible, open to change, ability to learn new things quicklyAbility to work in a collaborative environment and provide guidance for working groupsFeatured Benefits:Medical, Dental and Vision InsuranceCompany Paid Life InsuranceDisability InsurancePet Insurance401k Program with Employer Matching3 Weeks Paid Time Off (PTO)Paid HolidaysWellness InitiativesEmployee Assistance ProgramEligible for Hybrid Work Schedule with Remote Flex DaysCompensation: The hourly range for this position is between $35.57 to $49.87 hourly.
