The Opportunity

Join our team as a relationship-driven Investor Relations Specialist to drive investor engagement, convert leads, and champion passive income through multifamily syndication. This role combines hands-on investor relations with team management, overseeing a small but growing investor relations team while working remotely to nurture our 2,000+ investor base and scale our impact.

Compensation Structure

Base Salary - $75,000 annually

Performance Bonus

• Annual Bonus Target : $30,000 (40% of base salary)
• Quarterly Bonus Cap : $7,500
• Bonus Structure : Tiered, activity-based to reward investor engagement, education, and strategic contributions while ensuring SEC compliance.

Responsibilities

• Investor Relationship Management : Serve as primary liaison to 2,000+ accredited investors, conduct intro calls, and maintain CRM records, Pipe Drive experience a plus
• Lead Conversion : Reactivate dormant leads, qualify prospects, and track conversion metrics.
• Investor Education : Host webinars, draft content, and simplify multifamily syndication concepts.
• Reporting and Analysis : Track team KPIs, deliver insights to leadership, and optimize investor experience.
• Team Management : Lead and manage a small investor relations team (initially 2-3 team members, with potential to grow). Set clear daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets for team members. Conduct team huddles and strategy sessions to ensure alignment with company goals

What You Bring

• 3–5 years in consultative sales or relationship-based roles.
• 1–2 years of leadership or supervisory experience (managing 2+ people) is a plus
• Strong communication, CRM proficiency (e.g., Pipe Drive), and a passion for real estate.
• Preferred: Experience with high-net-worth individuals, real estate/finance background, or personal investing experience.
