Invesco Investor Relations ManagerThe Investor Relations Manager supports Invesco's investor relations efforts through high-quality analysis, reporting, and execution across peer comparisons, shareholder analytics, trading dynamics, and other strategic IR initiatives. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex financial information into clear, actionable insights.Responsibilities of the RoleSupport Investor Relations leadership with the implementation of a comprehensive investor relations strategy for InvescoPerform consensus tracking and peer analytics Analysis and tracking of peer performance and valuation metrics and other key disclosuresResearch and analysis of industry trendsReview and summarization of peer earnings releases, highlighting key operational and strategic disclosuresMaintenance of internal models of analyst estimates across P&L, balance sheet, earnings drivers, AUM and asset flow dynamics, and valuation metricsParticipate in the earnings preparation process Assist in the preparation of earnings materials, including earnings presentations, working closely with Accounting and FP&AProvide Q&A support including research on key topics and the development of executive ready responsesAggregate supporting information and documentationMonitor and provide shareholder analytics Analyze the shareholder base for trends in ownership mix, geography, investment style, and other relevant data pointsAnalyze peer holdings and assess ownership trends and targeting opportunitiesTrack shareholder interactions, sentiment, and trading patternsAssist in the preparation of Corporate Board materials and other presentations as necessaryManage non-deal roadshows and other marketing activitiesTrack and report on IVZ share trading including relative performance, TSR, short interest, technical indicators, and market-moving newsManage the investor relations inbox, respond to retail investor inquiriesPerform other duties and ad hoc analyses as assignedRequirements of the RoleMinimum 7+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field; prior investor relations experience a plus but not requiredBachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related quantitative disciplineStrong knowledge of capital markets and corporate financeSolid understanding of public company financial statements and working knowledge of SEC filings, disclosure rules, and regulationsHighly analytical and proficient in financial modeling and analysisExcellent writing, presentation, and critical thinking skillsHighly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and deadlinesAbility to communicate effectively and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organizationSelf-starter with the ability to work independently and requiring minimum supervisionExperience with investor relations and market data platforms (e.g., Bloomberg, S&P Global Market Intelligence, Visible Alpha, BD Corporate, Nasdaq IR Insight) or a demonstrated ability to quickly learn new toolsPrevious experience in asset management or financial services a plusFull timeEmployeeYesPursuant to Invesco's Workplace Policy, employees are expected to comply with the firm's most current workplace model, which as of October 1, 2025, includes spending at least four full days each week working in an Invesco office.
