Investor Relations Associate | Confidential Single Family Office | West Palm Beach, FL

A confidential, alternative-investment-focused single family office is looking to hire its first Investor Relations Associate. The firm invests across venture capital, private equity, real estate, infrastructure, and private credit.

This is a storytelling role, not a spreadsheet role. You’ll turn investment data into clear, polished communication for stakeholders.

What you’ll do

• Build investor and stakeholder decks and periodic reports on portfolio performance, valuations, and returns
• Explain the story behind the numbers: what happened in the portfolio, what managers did, and what the firm is seeing in the market
• Work with the investment, investment operations, and family office teams to gather information and add context
• Help shape the firm’s brand, marketing materials, and website
• Build the processes and templates for external investor reporting as the fund launches

What we’re looking for

• 2–3 years in investor relations, investor reporting, or a similar role, ideally at a PE, VC, or asset management firm
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, or Business; a combination of finance and marketing is ideal
• Ability to read and interpret financial and investment performance data (heavy modeling not required)
• Advanced PowerPoint skills, strong Excel skills, and a sharp eye for design
• Clear, concise writer who is comfortable working across multiple teams
• A self-starter who wants to help build a function from the ground up
