We're partnering with a growing private investment firm seeking an Investor Relations / Capital Formation professional to join its team in New York.
This role offers exposure to fundraising, investor communications, client service, reporting, marketing materials, and strategic projects across a global investor base. The position will work closely with senior leadership and investment professionals, supporting both existing investor relationships and new capital-raising initiatives.
Ideal candidates will have 2-6 years of experience within investor relations, pe investing looking to pivot, capital formation, private markets, investment banking, private equity, asset management, or a related financial services environment. Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and project management skills are required, along with advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
