The Opportunity

We are working with a San Francisco-based venture capital firm seeking an Investor Relations professional to join its team. The firm invests in early-stage technology companies and partners with ambitious founders building innovative businesses across a range of sectors.

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the investment team on investor relations, fundraising, and capital formation, while helping strengthen relationships with existing and prospective investors.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships and communications with existing and prospective investors.
• Support fundraising initiatives and capital formation efforts.
• Prepare investor presentations, reports, updates, and other marketing materials.
• Coordinate investor meetings and support ongoing LP engagement.
• Work closely with the investment team to communicate portfolio developments and fund performance.
• Assist with investor due diligence requests and fundraising processes.

Requirements

• Experience in investor relations, fundraising, capital formation, or a related role within financial services.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to build relationships with institutional investors and other stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Experience within venture capital, private equity, or alternative investments is preferred.
